2020 will showcase new Funderburk artworks in Spain and Italy
Mississippi based artist Brent Funderburk has recently been notified that two of his artworks have been juried into international exhibitions in Fabriano, Italy, and in Barcelona, Spain.

The ‘Soul House' of Starkville

Funderburk’s “Angelus Vitae” a watercolor painting, was chosen by juror Stephen Quiller to be exhibited in the 44th Annual Rocky Mountain National Watermedia Exhibition, showing at the Evergreen Center for the Arts in Evergreen, Colorado from September 16 to October 28, 2017. A reception for the artists was held on September 16.
Funderburk Teaches, Lectures and Exhibits in Italy, California in 2016
In his first visit back since teaching there in 2007, Brent Funderburk taught a course “Sketchbook/Journal for Artists, Architects and Designers” at the University of Arkansas Rome Center in Italy for five weeks during the summer of 2016.
