Funderburk Artwork Touring Six Chinese Museums in 2016
Brent Funderburk, a William L. Giles Distinguished Professor at Mississippi State University, currently has artwork chosen to be a part of the 2016 National Traveling Exhibition following its display in the 2015-2016 Shenzhen International Watercolor Biennial in Shenzhen, China.

MSU’s Funderburk recognized in international Texas exhibit
The show will be exhibited in Houston’s WAS-H Gallery (1601 West Alabama Street, in the Museum District) from March 8 through March 31, 2016, with a reception on March 6 at 4:00 p.m. Funded by a grant from the City of Houston through the Houston Arts Alliance, the exhibit is the premier annual juried exhibition of noted international artists by the Texas-based society of over 600 members.

Brent Funderburk, professor of Art at Mississippi State University, has a series of his artworks presented in the current Spring 2015 issue #37 of “Creative Quarterly: The Journal of Art and Design”. British painter Nathan Walsh selected “New Solar Myths- Dreams of Palladio” to appear in the Professional Fine Art area of the international publication.
